After having inquired into different species of animals and their favourite foods, the Pre-Kindergarten children were eager to see some sea animals for themselves.
Valentine’s Day is a time to please your loved ones and the Pre-Kindergarten children wanted to show their families how much they love them. As the children had acquired a lot of knowledge about food and fruits in their current unit “Animals and Food”, this was a great chance to make something edible as a present.
As the school year went on, the Pre-Kindergarten children found additional opportunities to meet different members of the school community and they had a lot of fun doing so!

The visit to the Fashion museum on Rokko Island rounded up the Pre-Kindergarten’s 1st Trimester unit on “Colours and Shapes”.

Hands are the parts of the body with the greatest positioning capability, so we can do so many things with them.
The Pre-Kindergarten room offers a lot of opportunities for discovery and includes a good selection of books. The children look at them daily and are naturally exposed to print and letters.
