Board
The body legally responsible for the school is the “Schulverein”, a foundation under Japanese Law.
The Member’s Assembly of the Schulverein elects a board of 7 persons to be in charge of all major decisions although the every day management is delegated to the Principal, acting on behalf of the board.
The Schulverein determines the main organizational structure of the school:
The European Section, with English as the language of instruction, and the German Section, with German as the main language, as well as the Early Years programmes preceding Elementary School.
