Winter has finally arrived!
Parents often say “My child touches everything” and that is just what children like to do with their hands !
Hands are the parts of the body with the greatest positioning capability, so we can do so many things with them.
The Playgroup took advantage of the sunny day and headed for the sandbox in the school yard.
It has been raining a lot lately, so at Playgroup we made little Teru Teru Bozu, Japanese traditional sunshine dolls.
They are hung by the window to ward off the rain. Normally they are white, like little ghosts, but we decided to make them out of colourful fabric, to cheer up the rainy day. Children and parents had a lot of fun and were very creative.
All we need is to wait for sunshine now!
