DEUTSCHE SCHULE KOBE European School 神戸ドイツ学院　ヨーロピアンスクール

This term European school’s first and second grade students are following the inquiry "Where we are in place and time". We will be exploring the city of Kobe from the perspective of the the past, present and as it looks toward the future. This will involve the use of maps, historical photographs as well as excursions to some spots of interest around the city. Through our efforts, we hope to develop global perspectives by understanding our place in the world in relation to others. 

Reading Night

The preschool along with the German and European first and second graders had a chance to share a night of excitement and dreams recently. Deutsche Schule Kobe/European school's "Reading Night" was a chance for children to share food, games, friendship and reading in a unique and comfortable setting. The students enjoyed activities such as dinner and breakfast preparation, a treasure hunt, reading and story telling. The kids had a great time and even managed a half day of classes on the second day. These guys were truly dedicated to their work.
