We will start accepting online applications from February 1st, 2016 until May 31st, 2016
Any application received after reaching full capacity will be placed on a waiting list therefore we recommend early submission of your application.
Dates for the interview: July 2nd & 3rd from 9:00-13:30.
The specific time for your child’s interview will be sent to parents in early June.
Notice of acceptance and payment plan
The school will forward the invoice as soon as we confirm your child’s place in the Saturday school program.
We will conduct an interview to determine each student’s English proficiency and assess the most suitable class for your child. The Saturday School classes will be divided by ability, not by age.
This interview will take about 20 minutes per student. Parents are asked to register for one of the interview dates.
1- Complete the online application form
2- The coordinator will contact you via email to set up a trial date
3- The student has the trial day in class. The coordinator and teacher will meet with parents to discuss the trial after classes.
4- The coordinator will consult with the teacher and contact the family via email with the decision of acceptance.
5- If successful, the student can start classes as soon as possible. The school office will contact the family with payment information.
